Practice Manager - March 2024
We are seeking an experienced and organised professional to join our team as a Practice Manager.
The Practice Manager position is a 3 day per week position, with flexibility. If you are looking for a full time position, we are happy to discuss including additional administrative and/or bookkeeping duties.
Key Responsibilities:
coordinate with accounts to ensure office operations run smoothly including some bookkeeping duties, budget reviews, running financial reports and developing strategies to streamline operations
coordinate with all IT services to ensure office operations run smoothly
assisting directors will all day to day financial management including compliance with trust account requirements
management of administrative staff including hiring, training and rosters
maintaining, updating and managing precedents
organising and management CPD attendances for lawyers
marketing including managing website and coordinating events
client relationships, where required
office suppliers and supplies including office leasing and relocation
Qualifications:
prior experience as a Practice Manager or Administrative Assistant in a legal office
knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
knowledge of document management systems, preferably LEAP (but not essential)
proficiency in MS Office
excellent written and verbal communication skills
strong organisational and planning skills
