Rosemary Norgate is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and a founding principal of Pigdon|Norgate. Rosemary is a collaboratively trained lawyer and mediator.  Rosemary is a member of the Law Society of NSW’s Specialist Accreditation Committee (Family Law) which assesses applications for family law specialist accreditation. Rosemary is a former president of Collaborative Professionals NSW.

Rosemary is consistently recognised as a Leading Family and Divorce Lawyer and Leading Parenting Lawyer by the Doyles Guide.

With over 25 years’ experience in law, Rosemary provides practical and strategic advice with a view to minimising conflict. Rosemary has years of experience in matters involving intricate corporate and trust structures as well as third party interests. Rosemary’s focus is on managing legally and commercially complex financial disputes and challenging parenting cases.

Rosemary understands the importance of building relationships with clients based on trust, respect and good communication.

Prior to specialising in family law, Rosemary worked in commercial dispute resolution in leading commercial law firms.

Although an experienced litigator, Rosemary is committed to achieving positive outcomes for clients through less adversarial processes including negotiation, mediation and collaborative law.

Rosemary is dedicated to supporting talented solicitors as part of the P|N team.
