Hannah graduated from the University of Canberra with Honours. Since her admission in 2014, Hannah has worked exclusively in all areas of family law.
Hannah is a highly motivated, positive and dedicated solicitor with outstanding communication and negotiation skills. She has built strong client relationships, working diligently to assist her clients reach practical and cost effective outcomes wherever possible.
Hannah is confident in all aspects of Family Law, including briefing Counsel and Senior Counsel, instructing experts, reviewing complex financial documents and negotiating positive outcomes for her clients in both property and parenting matters. She regularly appears on behalf of her clients in the Federal Circuit Court and the Family Court of Australia in Sydney and Parramatta both with and without Counsel.
Although experienced in litigation, Hannah provides practical advice to clients to help them reach positive solutions through less adversarial approaches including mediation and negotiation.
As part of her Honours Thesis, Hannah considered the impact of family violence on access to the legal system for victims. After graduating, Hannah worked as a tutor of law for the University of Canberra further developing her understanding of complexities that arise during and following the breakdown of a relationship.
