History of Grace House
Grace House was a dilapidated heritage building in the heart of Sydney’s CBD which has been has been given a vibrant new lease of life after an extensive refurbishment designed by leading architecture and urban design practice Tzannes.
The property at 279 Clarence Street had fallen into serious disrepair before the refurbishment by developer Clarence Street Holdings and has now been upgraded and modernised throughout, with the addition of four new steel-framed storeys above it. These are set back to maintain the heritage values of the entry facade on Clarence Street, while other historical elements throughout the building have been maintained or reused.
We are in the new section surrounded by wall to ceiling windows and overlooking the Queen Victoria Building and Town Hall.
Transport and Parking
Grace House is very close to Town Hall Station and Gadigal Metro.
There are plenty of nearby parking stations.
