Parenting Orders and COVID-19: statement from Chief Justice of the Family Court

In light of the coronavirus pandemic, Chief Justice of the Family Court of Australia and Chief Judge of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, the Hon Will Alstergren, released a statement on 26 March 2020 which clarifies the current status of the Courts and provides parents with some general guidance in regards to parenting arrangements during this difficult period.
